The legacy of love that is in me
Comes from my Father above
To earth he sent His Son to be
A sacrifice of love for me
He leaves within me His Spirit
He guides and comforts me
Never am I without His love
That is His legacy to me
His legacy of love never ends
For it touches all who believe
That God so loved the world
He gave up His only Son
Continue His legacy of love
